Born and raised amid the vineyards of Henderson, Wayne's early memories as a youth are of his grandparent's vineyard on Lincoln Road. Wayne attended Secondary School at St Pauls College in Ponsonby and only stopped the daily bus trips there to begin his engineering studies.
Finding engineering work rewarding but tied to his office, Wayne decided he missed the people contact and so in 1993 he embarked on a career in Real Estate. Within 6 months Wayne became the number one selling agent at his first office and has never looked back.
Eighteen years on and with sales in excess of $350 million worth to his name, Wayne continues to have a genuine enthusiasm and passion for this his chosen profession.
